vk85 Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

vk85 is an online entertainment and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh and shall be considered a binding agreement between both parties (the user and vk85).

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — the vk85.cam website and its associated mobile applications.
• "Member" / "User" — any individual who holds a registered account on vk85.
• "Service" — all gaming, betting and financial facilities provided through the platform.
• "Real Money" — actual Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) deposited into or withdrawn from an account.
• "Bonus Funds" — additional credits granted under a promotion or offer.

1.2 Language and Legal Authority

The English version of these Terms is the primary and official document. In the event of any dispute or interpretation, the English version shall prevail. Any legal matters relating to these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the applicable regulations.

2 Account Registration

To use vk85 services, a member must create a valid account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The correct name, date of birth, mobile number and email address must be provided at the time of registration.
• Each mobile number and email address may be linked to one account only.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal.

2.2 Account Security

Members are personally responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, our support team must be notified immediately. vk85 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party use.

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

The following eligibility criteria are mandatory to use vk85 services:

• The member must be 21 years of age or older (for those aged 21 and above only).
• The member must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• The member must use a valid payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank account) registered in their own name.
• The member is considered to be of sound mind and to be using the service voluntarily.

3.1 Age Verification Process

vk85 may request a valid government-issued identity document (National ID card, passport or driving licence) for age verification at any point during registration or withdrawal. Failure to submit verification documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

Members may deposit funds into their account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300.

• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Any charges imposed by the payment gateway or bank must be borne by the member.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used — deposits through third parties are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Members may withdraw their available balance at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• vk85 will not be liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect withdrawal information.
• vk85 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal and conduct an investigation if fraud is suspected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on vk85 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

vk85 runs various promotional offers for members. Each offer has its own terms, which are set out in detail on the offer page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. A designated code may be required to activate this bonus.

• A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• There will be a set time limit for completing the wagering requirement, which will be stated on the offer page.
• Bonus funds and real money are tracked separately; the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• vk85 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and suspend an account if bonus abuse is suspected.

5.2 VIP Program Cashback

The vk85 VIP program has four tiers, each with a weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on a member's gaming activity and engagement on the platform. Once cashback is credited, it will be withdrawable subject to specific wagering requirements.

5.3 Promotion Abuse

Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, family members or the same device is prohibited. vk85 reserves the right to review any suspicious bonus claim and cancel it if necessary.

6 Gaming Rules

All games offered on vk85 are operated by third-party software providers. The individual rules for each game can be found within the game interface itself.

6.1 Fair Play

• All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a technical error occurs in a game result, all bets in the affected round will be considered void and the original stake amount will be returned.
• In the case of an incomplete game due to a software error or connection issue, the game provider's policy will apply.

6.2 Maximum Bet Limits

A maximum bet limit per round applies when playing with bonus funds. The details of this limit will be stated in the terms of each bonus offer. Exceeding the limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled.

6.3 Game Availability

vk85 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any game at any time. Access to games may be interrupted due to maintenance or technical reasons.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vk85 and, if detected, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or false information.
• Using a third party's funds or payment method.
• Attempting to hack game software or use automated bots.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds of illegal origin.
• Manipulating the bonus system or abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Conducting fraudulent activities against other members.
• Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by vk85

vk85 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Instructions from a court or regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by Member

Any member may voluntarily close their account. To do so, the support team must be contacted via 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected]. The available balance should be withdrawn before submitting a request to close the account.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

vk85 places the highest importance on protecting members' personal data. We keep all data secure using SSL encryption technology.

• Information collected at the time of registration is used solely for identity verification, payment processing and service improvement.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Time Limit: A time limit can be activated to control gaming time.

11 Limitation of Liability

vk85 will not be held responsible for any loss or deprivation in the following situations:

• Issues caused by internet connection disruption, power outages, or third-party service failures.
• Losses resulting from a member's own negligence or breach of terms and conditions.
• Natural disasters, political unrest, or any other unforeseeable circumstances (Force Majeure).
• Situations arising from errors or decisions made by the game software provider.
• Failures or delays by third-party payment gateways.

In any situation, vk85's maximum liability will be limited to the principal amount of the relevant transaction.

12 Changes to Terms

vk85 reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

• Updated terms and conditions will take effect from the date of publication.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered as the member's acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• If you do not agree with the new terms and conditions, you may request to close your account immediately.
